Orthopaedic Associates of Muskegon and i’move Now Open at New Grand Haven Location

Grand Haven  – Orthopaedic Associates of Muskegon (OAM) has opened another location, this time in Grand
Haven. The new office is located at 1309 S. Beacon Boulevard and is currently accepting new
patients.

OAM previously had a Grand Haven facility at 1445 Sheldon Road, but this new location is in a
space that was just recently renovated to serve the dual needs of the usual OAM services as
well as bringing in the i’move physical therapy division.

For its part, i’move was previously conducting services at their Beechtree location, but with the
announcement of the new office on South Beacon, the two departments will now be under the
same roof.

In a press release for the announcement, OAM emphasized that they would still be offering
physical therapy at their Grand Haven High School location.

The new clinic will offer a variety of services including the following:
• Orthopaedic Urgent Care
• Scheduled Orthopaedic Office Visits
• Physical Therapy
• Hand Therapy
• Sports Medicine
• Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
• Bone Health
• Diagnostic X-Ray
• Therapeutic Injections
• Spine Care
• Durable Medical Equipment

OAM’s new Grand Haven facility was specifically crafted as being more accessible to all
patients with ease and convenience in mind. Having both OAM and i’move services available at
the same location will allow patients to utilize many more resources together in one place
instead of two.

This will give patients access to orthopaedic doctors, rehabilitation, imaging and other
musculoskeletal services in a single Grand Haven facility.

Link Dephouse, Clinic Director of the i’move Grand Haven Beacon clinic, noted the benefit of
added integration and efficiency within the OAM organization.

“For our rehabilitation team, this move gives us a great opportunity to continue serving our
existing patients while also working more closely with the broader OAM team,” Dephouse said.
“We’re excited to welcome our Beechtree patients to the new space and introduce them to a
facility designed to support their recovery and overall experience.”

The CEO of OAM, Jeff Cave, also gave a nod towards the streamlined convenience that the
new location would offer.

“We are excited to officially open the doors to this new facility and expand the care available to
patients in Grand Haven and the surrounding communities,” he said. “Bringing more of our
services together at Beacon Boulevard allows us to make care more convenient and connected
for our patients while continuing to invest in the communities we serve.”

The new location’s service integrations were designed with the patients in mind.

“The new Grand Haven facility gives us an opportunity to provide patients with a more seamless
experience by bringing orthopaedic care, rehabilitation, imaging and other services together in
one location,” said Dr. Rick A. Baszler, D.O. “Having these services in close proximity makes it
easier for our teams to collaborate and, most importantly, makes it more convenient for patients
to receive the care they need.”

The grand opening will be commemorated with a Ribbon Cutting and Open House on
Wednesday, October 7, at 5:30 p.m. at the new S. Beacon Boulevard location. Those interested
will have the chance to take a tour of the facility and meet with staff members as well.
