BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (October 06, 2026) – Jeff Newberg, a real estate agent active in the Muskegon area, has been honored with the Aqua Award at Lake Homes Realty’s 14th Annual National Agent Summit in Hoover, Alabama. The Aqua Award is one of the highest honors that is presented to agents at Lake Homes Realty’s annual summit.

Newberg earned the award in recognition of his accomplishments in the industry during the 2025-2026 award period. To be eligible for this award, agents must achieve at least $3.5 million and up to, but not surpassing, $10 million in total transaction volume. Agents could also be eligible if they complete at least 20 transaction sides totaling $2.5 million or more in transaction volume. This recognition highlights Newberg’s sales activity in the Muskegon Lake real estate market.

2026 will be Newberg’s second consecutive year to be presented with this award.
